・16歳以上概ね70歳まで。（未成年は保護者の同意が必要） ・体重が45kg以上118kg未満であること（服装や荷物含む） ・ Do not have difficulty walking by yourself. ・ Those who have a disability that interferes with driving cannot participate for safety reasons. ・During the ride, the tour guide will give instructions and call attention to the operation of the Segway by speaker and intercom, so that immediate communication with the tour guide through Japanese conversation can be smooth. （※If you need special treatment or consideration, please be sure to contact us in advance. ） ・ Cooperate with safe operation and follow the instructions of the tour guide. ・Do not wear high heels or thick-soled shoes. ・ You must not be under the influence of alcohol. ・You must not be pregnant. ・ペットは同伴頂けません。 |

Special Autumn Tour (Regular Tour and Attached Autumn Limited Tour)
通常開催のツアーと併設で、秋限定のツアーを開催します。
9-10月はコスモスをメインに秋の花々が楽しめ、紅葉の深まる11月はイチョウ並木の落葉でできた黄金の道、日本庭園を中心とした紅葉が楽しめます。
通常のツアーとは異なるコース設定となっていますので、通常のルートでは見ることのできない見所や、秋の景色や匂いなど五感を存分に使って季節を楽しむことが出来るプログラムになっています。これまでに参加されたことのある方も是非ご参加ください。

We accept private tours only on weekdays. You don't have to worry about other participants, and you can experience both the course and the tour at your own pace. It is a more advantageous pricing than holding all frames. Spend a special time just for couples, families and friends. The contents of the tour will be responded to within the range that can be arranged if there is a request.

FAQ
It has an excellent interface that controls its movement by operate it with center of gravity movement, not operating the accelerator or the brake. For that reason, it is possible to start and stop smoothly, and it is possible to move with a small turn such as being able to rotate on the spot by independent left and right tires.
事前に必ずwebサイトからご予約ください。前日の21時までご予約可能です。当日ご予約が無いままご来場頂いても、受付致しかねます。
Cancellation is possible until 17:00 two days before the tour date. We will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the entry fee after 17:00 and 100% of the entry fee after 17:00 on the day before the tour date.
開催時刻になり次第、講習を始めますので、開始時刻の10分前までに必ずお越しください。渋滞やその他遅延による出発時間の変更はございませんので、到着時間を考慮頂きお越しください。プログラム開始後からの参加は出来ません。ご予約の100%の料金を頂戴致します。遅刻等ご注意ください。また、敷地が広い国営昭和記念公園では、入り口によって開催場所である西立川口への移動時間が30分以上かかる場合があります。開催場所の近い西立川口へお越しください。

セグウェイの乗車には下記条件を定めさせて頂いております。もし、ご参加者が条件に満たない場合は、キャンセル扱いとさせていただきますので予めご了承ください。

We do not lend out Segway individually. Be sure to participate in guided tours.
We will have a little rain. In case of rain or bad weather, the local guide will make a decision about 2 hours before the day. In case of bad weather, including rain, which may interfere with safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion. To the extent that it can be judged to be canceled due to prior weather conditions or other reasons, we will inform you of the cancellation using the telephone number or email address you registered in advance, and will refund or re-adjust the schedule. .
