Boarding conditions

In order to get on safely, we have boarding conditions for everyone who participates in the tour.
* Age limit: Normal tour 16 years old and over, up to about 70 years old
You may be asked to show your ID for age verification.
* Weight limit: Weight limit 45kg to less than 118kg
* Others: Please wear a helmet.
If you are pregnant or drunk, you cannot ride.
You cannot ride with footwear that is not suitable for high heels.
If your health condition may interfere with safe riding, you will not be able to board.

About trial fee and payment

Regular tour 8,000 yen (tax included, reservation required, repeater 1,000 yen discount for this tour)
* A separate park entrance fee (410 yen) is required.
* Please pay in cash on the day.

遅刻されますと参加をお受けいたしかね、当日キャンセル扱いとなりキャンセル料が発生します。時間には余裕をもってお出かけください。
※土日祝日・連休時は道路の渋滞が多発します。お車でお越しの方は特にご注意ください。

When the tour is canceled

・ Normal tours will be held in light rain, but will be canceled in case of rain. If bad weather can be judged in advance, we will contact you by phone two hours before the tour starts. (No cancellation fee)
・ The night tour is canceled in the rain. (It will be canceled even in light rain)
・ During the tour, the tour may be canceled due to sudden weather deterioration, Segway failure, or accident. In that case, depending on the situation, we will respond such as partial refund of the experience fee.
・ Please participate in a state where both mind and body are healthy and there are no obstacles to riding. (Pregnant and alcoholic people cannot participate in the tour.) If the instructor determines that safety cannot be ensured, the ride may be refused.
・ For safe operation, follow the staff's instructions for any reason while participating in the tour. If you do not follow the staff's instructions, the tour may be canceled.

Other notes

[Necessary belongings]
Baggage that is participating in the tour should be placed on a shoulder or on a shoulder bag so as not to interfere with the operation of the Segway. * Large luggage (other than valuables) can be stored.
・ Easy to move clothes and shoes
・ Drinks (can be purchased at vending machines in the park)
Insect repellent (those who are interested)
・ Please take measures against heat and cold weather according to the season.

For those coming by car

From the Kan-etsu Expressway “Higashimatsuyama IC”, go for Kumagaya for about 10 minutes, then come to South Gate of the Park.

* Standard car parking fee 600 yen per day

For those coming by train or bus

Get off at “Tobe Tojo Line” at “Shinrin-Koen Station”. The bus stop is at the north exit.
〇Direct bus : Get off at the last stop on the “Koen Minamiguchi” bus (about 7 minutes) Only on Saturday, Sunday and holiday

Get off at JR Takasaki Line "Kumagaya Station"
* Transfer to Rissho University by local bus and get off at South Gate of the Park (about 35 minutes)
